I installed the trial version of the software several weeks ago and it seems to be exactly what I want, except it doesn\'t work!When you switch to the 2nd or 3rd desktop, after about 3 seconds it automatically switches to the default 1st desktop, regardless of any setting changes. I have sent several emails to their support email with no response.I would purchase this in a flash if it worked right or if someone whould let me know what I need to deo different.chrisjackson88@hotmail.com

Its a very good piece of SW. It helped me a lot, and saved em a lot of work.

Errored as running Installed and it began and then error boxes gallore...Uninstalled...

Good but little pricey. I only needed it once for mass moval of pictures from an old web site of mine that didn't have ftp access, to a new site. If it was $5 I would consider buying it but at $30 I think it's too high for a one time use. It is great software and does exactly what it says which is fine, but for me it's the price.

Solved my problems instantly. This is wonderful software. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to easily capture images. Easy to use, and quality is outstanding.

Just Tried It Since I didn't pay for full version, advanced features denied. However, once I got the hang of the process, it was rather incredible. I imagine with the full featured version, that your research time is cut to less than, well, how much research do you want to consider and how large of archive space and processor time can one afford? Sky's one limit!

Useful and easy to use! It was easy to use and I had it going in a few seconds. I think it would be better if there was a way of having it only on the desktop and not on top of every window.

I was extremely disappointed by this product, and cannot recommend it.Some background. I was running Windows XP, and needed a virtual desktop manager. I downloaded a trial version, I liked it, and purchased it. I was sent a registration number by JDSoftThen, my computer crashed, and needed to be replaced. My new computer is running Vista. No worries, I had ordered a Installation CD. I installed it on my new system from the CD, during the installation, I was asked for a serial number. I tried the Registration number, I tried various numbers printed on the CD and the ...

It crashed on me. Videos were scrambled unless I was playing them back, so I couldn't scrub to a still frame. Downloaded the DVD version, which seemed to work better. Loved the single frame capture technique of just clicking a button and then batch exporting. Will probably buy.

Simple and nifty (about Xilisoft Video Snapshot for Mac) Very simple program, but effective for what I wanted - a small application that could rip a series of stills from a video at preset intervals/frames to build up a "storyboard". Did this very easily, and very quickly.
